Time for Another Random DIY Roundup...

It's that time again ... time for another random DIY roundup. They pile up in my DIY folder pretty fast. Hopefully something inspires you. If you try one let me know, I'd love to see some pics :) If I EVER get around to trying one of them, you can be sure I'll post about it straight away. Until then, I'm just going to keep collecting ideas I like and sharing them with you here. Ok? Ok.

Gosh, look how nice all the colours look together. Not even on purpose. Ok, focus ...

1. Turn a tree into an interesting storage unit - get full instructions at Camille Styles.

2. Your very own industrial chic plumbing conduit shelving unit, thanks to The Brick House. Go over there to learn exactly how.

3. A fun pinwheel table runner, just in time for spring. See how-to at Green Wedding Shoes

4. Satsuma candles for a natural citrus aroma throughout your home. These look super fun and easy so check it out at Honestly...WTF.

Well, hope you liked this little round up. Shouldn't be long until the next one ... already stuff piling up in my folder as we speak. Man, there's just too much inspiration on the internet! Boo hoo, right?

Bis bald!
Xx. Holly.

  1. Gosh you sound full of energy. Getting away from city pollution and breathing countryside air must be doing you the world of good.

I love your DIY roundups because they are always fun, quirky and different. I was going to say 'twee'. I love all three except the pinwheel table runner. A little 'twee' for me.

Nice to see you post so much. x

    1. Hi Tina :) I have to admit, the table runner is my least fav too. But it makes me feel spring-like, so I put it in there. Maybe it's also because I'd like to be crafty like this, but I'm not. So it's my way to keep reminding myself that maybe one day I can be.... maybe :) Xx.

  2. Having just found you, I'm pretty sure this is officially my first diy roundup. Yay! I like...Keep them coming. I like that you included projects that require a range of skill levels. For instance, that orange candle I think I could do right away. :)
Yes, I'm loving how all the colors are playing nicely with each other. Pretty, pretty.

    1. I love it too! Although it does seem like the most difficult project out of the bunch ... maybe one day :) Have a lovely day and thanks for our comment Hege Xx.

  4. I simply love all the brilliancy taking place over at the brick house!
Their pipe, storage unit being one of them.
As for paper crafts like the pinwheels & the scent of orange in the house, I throw my hat off!
...now to remember to use the skin of our last oranges properly tonight ;)

    Sending hugs all the way North to you, from a very sunshiny area by the woods, where positivism step by step is coming to life {while also small accomplishments are taking place ;)}

    xoxo
