HvH Interiors eDesign Services
Free Initial Consultation
If you are thinking about using HvH Interiors to help you design your space, all you need to do is send me an email (holly@hvhinteriors.com). I will get back to you with a questionnaire, which you will send back completed, along with images and details of your space if necessary. This information will allow me to put together a project brief. This brief will be sent to you and will describe the project in more detail with a final quote for the cost of the project based on services you have chosen. If you like the sound of it, we can go ahead with the project, at which point, 50% of the cost will be required before commencement.
Level 1 - Concept/Mood Board(s)
Some people just need that initial concept or vision to get the ball rolling. Concept/Mood boards are good aids to carry along shopping or when choosing items for your space. It is a valuable and inspirational tool that may be referred to, to keep your design project on track.
Level 2 - Floor Plans & 3D Rendered Drawings
After the concept is solid, it is time to turn it into a visual reality. Here is where you get floor plans and 3D rendered drawings of your space(s) with ideas of where to put furniture to make the best use of your space. Based on the examples of furniture and accessories, this could help you decide what to buy to turn your vision into a reality.
Level 3 - Shopping List
To eliminate guess work and for more specific instructions, I can create a customized shopping list based on the concept board and furniture layout so that all you need to do is buy or order those specific items and place them where they’re supposed to go according to the floor plan. If you have specific stores you like that are convenient to your location and in line with your style preferences, please mention them. Otherwise, I will choose stores that are near you or that deliver to your area. These stores are either online or they have catalogues online where I can see and chose products for you.

As long as you start with the initial service (Level 1), you can always choose to add on services as we go.
