How about some blue joy today? The bedroom mood here is soft and muted, on the cool side but wood adds warmth and texture, while that lively patterned rug adds a good amount of visual interest. A concrete wall? Yes! But the yellows and whites brighten it up. Unlike what some may think, grey is not a depressing colour ... it reacts to whatever you put beside it, so you are free to pull out of it any feel you want. Even though this is not really my style, this is what floated out of my mind today, and it's making me happy.
